Life Management

All hard work brings a profit, but mere talk leads only to poverty.
Proverbs 14:23

All of us, as human beings, have dreams and aspirations for our lives. Whether it be goals we hope to achieve in our lives or changes to our lives we want to make, every person longs to be the person or have the life they dream of. Most of these aspirations are birthed out of the values we hold dear to us - values that we allow to guide our imaginations.

But all too often, we fall short of achieving the things we hope for, whether it be a healthy body and mind or a greater ability in a hobby or life skill. I’m sure you’ve heard people talk about things they want to be or achieve - a fitter body, a closer walk with God, a deeper friendship with people in their lives - but fail to walk out what they say they value. Often, this might be due to the struggle and difficulty of doing so. Or maybe laziness. Others might say, “If I had the time, I would be able to do the things I hope to do.”

In order for us to achieve the things we value, we must be able to overcome these obstacles. Thankfully, this isn’t impossible. Above is a video on one method we can use to manage our lives effectively.
