Matt and Jen pioneered XA at Tulane back in 2003. They are passionate about parenting, foster parenting and adoption, as well as leading university students from around the globe in following Jesus. At Tulane, Matt leads the staff team and men's leadership, and heads up our outreach to the amazing international population with Jen.

Isaac and Morgan Fulton have a huge passion for college ministry. Being products of Chi Alpha as students, they felt a huge call towards working full time with students. Morgan has been at Tulane since 2013 and Isaac has been at Tulane since 2015 and they help to shape Tulane's small group, discipleship, and evangelistic culture. Isaac enjoys basketball, watching movies with friends, and playing cards. Morgan enjoys hosting friends in her home, decorating, and eating ice cream.

Jason and Olivia met one another in Chi Alpha at LSU in 2013 and were married a few years later. They worked and were involved in volunteer ministry until 2019 when God opened the door for them to serve at Tulane with Chi Alpha. As a part of the Chi Alpha community, they desire to share the love and message of Jesus with American and international students on campus through evangelism and discipleship. Jason enjoys working out with students, climbing rocks, playing board games, and writing. Olivia enjoys cooking, dancing, and playing games with family and friends.
