Honor is value, worth, weight, preference...
Philippians 2:3-4 has this to teach us: Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.

Paul says that the key to unity is honor, that there is NO unity outside of honor! We’ve got to understand this if we are to love our sheep well!

Spend at least 5-10 minutes seeking God's face about a person you know whom you find difficult to honor. What vision (new perspective) does God give you in that time? How can you speak that value over their life?
