There might not be anything else you can do to revolutionize your heart and your mental health that is both so simple and so powerful than simply practicing gratitude.

Gratitude is the first step toward God.

Lack of gratitude is the first step away from God.


Read and meditate on Psalm 100 (memorize it if you're feeling froggy) and then carefully read and reflect on Romans 1:18-25.

Then watch/listen to the message and then complete the Practice activities below to complete this module.


Take two to five minutes each morning for the next week to practice thoughtful gratitude to God as part of your daily abiding time.

Choose 3 people you want to thank. Text one, send one a letter, and tell the other in person.
